Every child is different, and we will always recommend the most appropriate level and type of support following assessment. 

Some children benefit from short-term targeted input, while others may need a more gradual programme combining therapist and assistant sessions over time.

All assessments take a holistic approach and consider how children understand, use and experience communication in everyday situations. Sensory processing and regulation differences are always taken into account as part of this process. Reports can also be provided to contribute to EHCP for an additional fee. Please contact us for further information.  

£200–£350 

 A more detailed assessment may be recommended where a fuller understanding of your child’s communication is needed. 

This may include: 

• extended parent consultation
  additional assessment time 
• more detailed analysis and formulation 
• a comprehensive written report with targeted recommendations 

We offer a range of speech and language therapy services tailored to each child’s individual profile, strengths and needs. 

Our approach combines specialist speech and language therapy with a sensory-informed understanding, supporting children to develop communication in ways that feel meaningful, comfortable and achievable for them. 

We offer therapy sessions with our Speech and Language Therapists, as well as support sessions with our trained therapy assistant. 

Speech and Language Therapy sessions (50 minutes): £80–£90 

Therapy Assistant sessions (50 minutes, under SLT guidance): £60–£65

 Therapist sessions focus on assessment, goal-setting and introducing new strategies. Assistant sessions provide opportunities to practise and embed these strategies, supporting generalisation into everyday life. 

All assistant sessions are planned and overseen by a Speech and Language Therapist. 

Sessions typically take place in clinic. School or nursery sessions may also be arranged where appropriate and are charged at a higher rate to reflect travel time and liaison.  

The total fee covers everything from first screening through to report and feedback session. There are no hidden charges — any additional requests are discussed and agreed with you in advance.

Some private health insurance policies cover autism assessments. Check with your provider whether your policy includes neurodevelopmental assessments and whether we are an approved provider.

We also offer training and consultancy for schools, nurseries and other settings. 

Training can be tailored to your setting’s needs and may include: 

• supporting children with speech, language and communication needs
• autism and neurodiversity 
• sensory processing and regulation 
• practical strategies to support communication in everyday routines 

Training sessions start from £120 per hour, depending on the level of preparation, number of delegates, travel and content required.
